Delivery

All customers and every order is important to us. Our aim is to fully support our customers throughout their shopping experience with Hymas Beds & Mattresses. It’s the least we can do to thank you for your order.
Here at Hymas Beds & Mattresses we offer a free delivery service with every order at no extra charge (UK mainland only*).

*To maintain our stringent service levels a small delivery surcharge may apply to remote areas.

Our delivery days

Deliveries take place 7 days a week, we are always working hard to ensure you receive your dream bed within the time frame provided. In all cases, Hymas Beds & Mattresses will arrange and inform you of the delivery date and time.

Delivery timelines

The delivery will take place on the confirmed date and time unless otherwise communicated on the day. We will do our utmost to meet our quoted timescales. Please note that delivery estimates differ according to product range and delivery location.

Headboards

Orders are scheduled and sent out for delivery directly after completion with an estimated delivery lead-time of 10 – 14 working days depending on headboard type and style.

Bed Frames, Winged Headboards & Divan Bases

Our handmade beds can take between 10 – 14 working days, depending on the selected model and delivery postcode.

Delivery to remote areas

We offer free delivery to all standard mainland UK areas with an estimated lead-time quoted above. Any variance on our estimated delivery turnaround can be discussed at the time of ordering.

Considering access

It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into your home.

It is essential that you carefully measure where your furniture will be placed and consider the route you will take to get it there.

Our free delivery on products is to a single delivery location per order. Any issues regarding delivery should be reported within 24 hours of receiving your product.

If you have any tight corners, narrow staircases and doorways or any other access related concerns, please contact our Customer Services Team

Receiving your order

Once we receive your order, someone from our team will contact you to confirm your order and advise you on an exact delivery date and time. Once your order has been dispatched, we will contact you ahead of arrival. 

Customers must be available at the delivery address to sign and acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the furniture.
